VISHAL ADMA, M.D., PRESIDENT and CEO
Dr. Adma is a board-certified psychiatrist and a physician executive with extensive leadership experience. He has an extensive list of work experiences and professional accomplishments which include being the founder, President & CEO of Integrated Psychiatric Consultants, P.A., Medical Director at KVC Hospitals, Inc. a subsidiary of KVC Health Systems, Inc. for over 20 years, Assistant Professor at University of Kansas Medical Center and Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He was a Physician Surveyor for The Joint Commission in the United States, and is currently a Physician Surveyor for Joint Commission International. His educational achievements include residency training in Psychiatry from University of Kansas Medical Center, Master’s in Nutrition and Food Management from the University of Central Oklahoma, Certification in Medical Quality from the American Board of Medical Quality, and Certification as a Physician Executive through American College of Physician Executives.
Dr. Adma has won several awards throughout his career. He won the “Student Voice Award”, a special recognition toward his dedication to teaching medical students. He was selected as the “Resident of the Year” in Psychiatry. He won the “Dorland Health People Award” which is awarded at a national level to honor excellence and dedication for healthcare professionals. He has been recognized as the “Professional Leader of the Year” by the Asian American Chamber of Commerce in Kansas City. He has been honored by the American Psychiatric Association as a Distinguished Fellow. He also won “Excellence in Medicine” award by American Telugu Association in 2018.
RYAN SPEIER, CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Ryan Speier is a healthcare executive with 15 years of experience working predominately in the behavioral/mental health field-leading multidisciplinary teams across a bi-state network of inpatient and outpatient services. Ryan successfully directed the growth of a hospital network through site acquisitions, building renovations, and capital campaigns. Through his tenure, he led a company with an operating budget of $45M with over 550 employees and achieved increased profitability through the expansion of services. Ryan also has vast experience in physician recruiting, staffing, and management of physician services. Additional proficiencies include business growth and development, healthcare integration, governmental relations, and forming strategic partnerships. Ryan is driven by the mission and belief that all patients deserve the best care provided with the utmost respect and compassion and instills this passion in all teams he directs. As IPC’s Chief Operations Officer, Ryan oversees the day to day operations, financial outcomes, business strategy and helps to ensure the satisfaction of our clients and providers. He also leads IPC into new business development within Kansas and Missouri as well as new opportunities in other states.
JYOTSNA ADMA, M.D., MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Jyotsna Adma, M.D. is dual board-certified in General Adult and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. She graduated from B.L.D.E.A.’s Shri B.M.Patil Medical College in India and completed her residency and fellowship training at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She has over 14 years of clinical experience providing services in various levels of care including inpatient, residential and outpatient programs. As IPC’s Medical Director, she focuses on ensuring that high quality psychiatric care is being delivered by all IPC providers across various organizations that IPC has the privilege of providing psychiatric services to.
LAUREN PARTAIN, PRACTICE MANAGER
Lauren Partain received her Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and Human Services, with a minor in Leadership Studies, from Kansas State University in 2014. As Practice Manager, Lauren is an exceptional leader who helps coordinate all aspects of the practice with ease. She helps in collaborating services at our organizations with the medical staff providers, facilitating process improvement projects, and making sure that day to day services for the facilities and medical staff are well-coordinated and completed. During the past six years of her involvement with IPC, Lauren has taken a vital role in the growth of the practice.
AMANDA WING, RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Amanda Wing received her Fine Arts degree from Wichita State University with a minor in Education, and, has found herself working in recruiting in some capacity for 20 years. Her role as a Recruitment Specialist with IPC is to assist with our growth and support the practice by locating quality providers to build our team. She supports IPC’s growth in full cycle recruiting with passion and professionalism to explore career goals for all providers she comes into contact with. The long-term growth for each individual is important to IPC and our team is caring in finding those passionate providers. She enjoys advocating for providers, and has learned that long-term relationships built today can allow for a more fruitful enjoyment in life. Enriching the lives of medical professionals will enrich the lives of the patients they work with. She performs full cycle recruiting and her passion lies in connecting candidates with our current openings to explore IPC’s coming growth.
VENKAT SIRIMALLE, DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Venkat Sirimalle received his master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Texas. He has 26 years of IT professional experience with Fortune 100 companies. As IPC’s Director of Finance, Venkat plays a crucial role in all aspects of finances for the practice. Venkat is responsible for oversight of budgeting, payroll, accounting, human resource related activities, and retirement and benefits packages.
JESSICA RAY, CREDENTIALING COORDINATOR
Jessica Ray has earned her Associate’s degree of Applied Science and Associate’s degree of General Studies from JCCC. Jessica has been working in the medical field for over 18 years, and has worked as a Billing Analyst and Credentialing Manager for multiple specialties since 2013. For IPC, Jessica is able to assist providers in our group with all aspects of credentialing with each of the facilities they provide services to, and helps with ongoing maintenance and organization when it comes to credentialing. Jessica is a wonderful resource to our providers and makes sure the credentialing process moves smoothly and seamlessly.
LAVANYA SIRIMALLE, HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Lavanya Sirimalle is an MBA post graduate from Osmania University, in India. In the past, she has worked as an IT Professional. As Human Resource Specialist for IPC, Lavanya manages onboarding of new providers when they join the team, enrollment in health insurance and 401K plans, and all other aspects of Human Resources. On a personal note, she’s been married to Venkat Sirimalle for 23 years, and they have 2 beautiful daughters. As a family, they all love music and dancing. She loves to play table tennis, especially when challenged.
LYNDSEY VITTITOW, MEDICAL STAFF COORDINATOR
Lyndsey Vittitow is currently studying her Bachelors’ degree in Health Management from Wichita State University with a minor in Public Health and Health Science; she is set to graduate in December 2020. She has previous experience working as support staff in large health systems. As the Medical Staff Coordinator, Lyndsey is responsible for providing professional assistance to medical staff members, acting as a liaison between medical staff and administration to communicate vital information, orienting new staff, medical students, and interns, and overseeing, administering, and maintaining quality control and implementing any needed quality improvement processes.
STEPHANIE PARSLEY, MEDICAL STAFF COORDINATOR
Stephanie obtained her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Central Missouri in 2012. She went on to receive her Master’s in Child and Adolescent Psychology in 2015. Stephanie has experience working in inpatient and outpatient settings working with adults and children with persistent mental illness and developmental disabilities. Stephanie also has experience working within an admissions department, on a utilization review team and case management. Within IPC, Stephanie will be helping with orientation of new medical staff, students and interns, assisting with scheduling for the medical staff, assisting the medical staff on various items, and ensuring day to day activities are well coordinated.
RITHIK MADHANNA, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST
Rithik Madhanna is currently studying Management Information Systems at the University of Kansas. He has an Associate’s Degree in Cybersecurity and CCNA with Cisco Networking Academy. As IPC’s Information Technology Specialist, Rithik is able to help providers with purchase and installation of software and hardware required for their day-to-day work and telepsychiatry needs. He assists providers in troubleshooting of their IT needs. He also works with the leadership team in research and update of communication technology.
