Dr. Adma is a board-certified psychiatrist and a physician executive with extensive leadership experience. He has an extensive list of work experiences and professional accomplishments which include being the founder, President & CEO of Integrated Psychiatric Consultants, P.A., Medical Director at KVC Hospitals, Inc. a subsidiary of KVC Health Systems, Inc. for over 20 years, Assistant Professor at University of Kansas Medical Center and Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He was a Physician Surveyor for The Joint Commission in the United States, and is currently a Physician Surveyor for Joint Commission International. His educational achievements include residency training in Psychiatry from University of Kansas Medical Center, Master’s in Nutrition and Food Management from the University of Central Oklahoma, Certification in Medical Quality from the American Board of Medical Quality, and Certification as a Physician Executive through American College of Physician Executives.

Dr. Adma has won several awards throughout his career. He won the “Student Voice Award”, a special recognition toward his dedication to teaching medical students. He was selected as the “Resident of the Year” in Psychiatry. He won the “Dorland Health People Award” which is awarded at a national level to honor excellence and dedication for healthcare professionals. He has been recognized as the “Professional Leader of the Year” by the Asian American Chamber of Commerce in Kansas City. He has been honored by the American Psychiatric Association as a Distinguished Fellow. He also won “Excellence in Medicine” award by American Telugu Association in 2018.


Ryan Speier is a healthcare executive with 15 years of experience working predominately in the behavioral/mental health field-leading multidisciplinary teams across a bi-state network of inpatient and outpatient services. Ryan successfully directed the growth of a hospital network through site acquisitions, building renovations, and capital campaigns. Through his tenure, he led a company with an operating budget of $45M with over 550 employees and achieved increased profitability through the expansion of services. Ryan also has vast experience in physician recruiting, staffing, and management of physician services. Additional proficiencies include business growth and development, healthcare integration, governmental relations, and forming strategic partnerships. Ryan is driven by the mission and belief that all patients deserve the best care provided with the utmost respect and compassion and instills this passion in all teams he directs. As IPC’s Chief Operations Officer, Ryan oversees the day to day operations, financial outcomes, business strategy and helps to ensure the satisfaction of our clients and providers. He also leads IPC into new business development within Kansas and Missouri as well as new opportunities in other states.


Jyotsna Adma, M.D. is dual board-certified in General Adult and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. She graduated from B.L.D.E.A.’s Shri B.M.Patil Medical College in India and completed her residency and fellowship training at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She has over 14 years of clinical experience providing services in various levels of care including inpatient, residential and outpatient programs. As IPC’s Medical Director, she focuses on ensuring that high quality psychiatric care is being delivered by all IPC providers across various organizations that IPC has the privilege of providing psychiatric services to.


Lauren Partain received her Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and Human Services, with a minor in Leadership Studies, from Kansas State University in 2014. As Practice Manager, Lauren is an exceptional leader who helps coordinate all aspects of the practice with ease. She helps in collaborating services at our organizations with the medical staff providers, facilitating process improvement projects, and making sure that day to day services for the facilities and medical staff are well-coordinated and completed. During the past seven years of her involvement with IPC, Lauren has taken a vital role in the growth of the practice.


Jon Corbin is a finance executive with 20 years combined experience in leading the finance and operational objectives for both a nonprofit healthcare organization and private equity backed insurance brokerage. Jon’s experiences also include the sourcing, negotiation, closing, and integration of acquired businesses and talent through merger and acquisition activity. Jon enjoys the challenge of a high-growth fast paced business environment. As IPC’s Director of Business Operations, Jon oversees the financial functions of the practice and ensures the fiscal and operational objectives of the practice are attained.


Brandy McCool is a driven leader, with 7 years of experience in healthcare sales and account management. Most of her career was spent in the space of behavioral health and addictions treatment, where she has become an expert at assessing and filling needs within healthcare companies — of all sizes and levels of care. She is passionate about helping forge long-term partnerships that work to positively impact patient lives and clinical outcomes. Brandy is a two-time OIF Veteran and served 12 years in the Army Reserves, where she gained a multitude of skills and ethics that give her a unique and valuable outlook on business operations. She is a 2014 graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and a Certificate in Sales & Customer Development through the Trulaske School of Business. She’s a proud mom of 2, and loves to volunteer her time to her alma mater, as well as organizations that help provide valuable mental health resources for her fellow Veterans. For IPC, Brandy works with partners in our community to see how IPC can best meet all of their psychiatric needs.


Jackie Duffy graduated with her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Wayland Baptist University. She has over 20 years of health care recruitment experience in hospice, hospital systems, radiology and behavioral health. In addition, she is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. For IPC, Jackie is a crucial part of adding valuable members to our growing team!


Jessica Ray has earned her Associate’s degree of Applied Science and Associate’s degree of General Studies from JCCC. Jessica has been working in the medical field for over 18 years, and has worked as a Billing Analyst and Credentialing Manager for multiple specialties since 2013. For IPC, Jessica is able to assist providers in our group with all aspects of credentialing with each of the facilities they provide services to, and helps with ongoing maintenance and organization when it comes to credentialing. Jessica is a wonderful resource to our providers and makes sure the credentialing process moves smoothly and seamlessly.


Lavanya Sirimalle is an MBA post graduate from Osmania University, in India. In the past, she has worked as an IT Professional. As Administrative Services Manager for IPC, Lavanya manages onboarding of new providers when they join the team, enrollment in health insurance and 401K plans, and all other aspects of Human Resources. On a personal note, she’s been married to Venkat Sirimalle for 23 years, and they have 2 beautiful daughters. As a family, they all love music and dancing. She loves to play table tennis, especially when challenged.


Kate Helfrich completed her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and graduated cum laude from the University of Arkansas in 2018. With her role as a Medical Staff Coordinator, Kate is responsible for providing professional assistance to our medical and administrative staff members. She acts as a liaison between our medical providers and our clients through training of new staff and medical students, tele-psychiatry assistance, managing our staff’s scheduling, and providing any other assistance to ensure quality patient care. Kate has a key role in creating unity between the IPC staff and our clients.


Harika Janjam graduated from Saint Louis University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has experience working with the psychiatric population in various settings and has a passion for bettering those with mental health issues. She most recently worked as a psychiatric RN in San Francisco at an eating disorder treatment center for teens. Harika is also currently pursuing her Masters of Science in Nursing at SLU with the goal of becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner. She is a proud Californian, having been born and raised in the Bay Area. For IPC, Harika provides support to medical staff in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
