Dr. Adma is a board-certified psychiatrist and a physician executive with leadership experience. He graduated from University of Kansas Medical Center. As an active leader in the community, he has a magnitude of experience working in different settings. His titles and accomplishments include: Medical Director at KVC Hospitals, Inc. a subsidiary of KVC Health Systems, Inc. for over 17 years, Medical Director St Anthony’s Hospital, Assistant Professor at University of Kansas Medical Center and Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He was a Physician Surveyor for The Joint Commission in the United States, and is currently a Physician Surveyor for Joint Commission International. His educational achievements include a Master’s in Nutrition and Food Management from the University of Central Oklahoma, and certification in Medical Quality from the American Board of Medical Quality. He is a Certified Physician Executive through the American College of Physician Executives.

Dr. Adma has won several awards throughout his career. He won the “Student Voice Award”, a special recognition toward his dedication to teaching medical students. He was selected as the “Resident of the Year” in Psychiatry. He won the “Dorland Health People Award” which is awarded at a national level to honor excellence and dedication for healthcare professionals. He has been recognized as the “Professional Leader of the Year” by the Asian American Chamber of Commerce in Kansas City. He has been honored by the American Psychiatric Association as a Distinguished Fellow. He won “Excellence in Medicine” award by American Telugu Association in 2018.


Dr. Reddy graduated from Rangaraya Medical College in India and completed his General Adult Psychiatry Residency training at the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2004. With his knowledge and expertise in treating and managing challenging patients he brings to the practice a wealth of knowledge in child, adolescent, adult and geriatric age groups. His experience includes but not limited to, outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings.


Dr. J. Adma is dual board-certified in General Adult Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. She graduated from B.L.D.E.A. Medical School in India and completed her residency and fellowship training in Psychiatry at University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Adma’s primary interests are in mood and anxiety disorders, and telepsychiatry. She has experience working with severe and persistent mentally ill population in inpatient, outpatient, and residential programs. She has utilized telepsychiatry in various programs. Her passion is in providing the best possible psychiatric care to children and families in the community.


Jamie Lambotte graduated from Washburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006. She worked as a nurse in mental health until she graduated from Wichita State University in 2011 as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Jamie has experience in providing psychiatric services to both children and adults in inpatient, residential and outpatient programs.


Dr. Panuganti is a graduate of medical school in India (Siddhartha Medical College, in Vijayawada, India) and has completed his fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from University of Toledo, in Ohio. Dr. Panuganti’s primary interests are in the treatment of mood disorders, psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders, Autism spectrum Disorders, and intellectual disabilities. He has experience in providing care in inpatient as well as residential programs.


Marijen Aga graduated with her Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Kansas Medical Center. She continued her education to receive her Post Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health as a Nurse Practitioner from Washburn University. Marijen is board-certified as both an Adult/Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner and as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has experience working with adult and geriatric patients in outpatient and inpatient programs. She also has experience in forensic settings at correctional facilities. She has experience providing medication management to adults, geriatrics, LGBT and HIV patients.


Dr. Sunita Muranjan is a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist. Dr. Muranjan completed her medical degree from LTMMC, in Mumbai, India and her psychiatry residency from G.S. Medical College, in Mumbai, India. She then started her residency at Baylor College of Medicine, and completed her residency at Wayne State Medical School in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Muranjan’s primary interests include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders and substance abuse disorders. She has experience in the outpatient, inpatient and consultation-liaison settings. She is passionate about treating adult and geriatric patients, and working with families to ensure the best possible outcomes.


Dr. Tara Richardson is a board-certified general psychiatrist. Dr. Richardson earned her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. While completing residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Wichita, KS, she became chief resident and was awarded for excellence in both research and outpatient care. She previously served as faculty for the University of Kansas School of Medicine psychiatry residency program in Wichita, as well as medical director for the outpatient residency clinic and a senior behavioral health unit. She is currently active as councilor for the Kansas Psychiatric Society.


Dr. Magsalin is a licensed physician with a special interest in Psychiatry. She was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas and had the opportunity to study medicine in the Philippines at De La Salle University College of Medicine. She did several medical missions and treated the underserved and indigent populations.

Dr. Magsalin returned to the United States and worked in research at Carle Foundation Hospital Research Institute in Champaign, Illinois. She was an integral part of developing scholarly activity for the residency programs and has numerous publications. She then came back home to Wichita, Kansas for her Psychiatry Residency at the University of Kansas. Dr. Magsalin also worked as a staff psychiatrist at Larned State Hospital in Larned, Kansas. She was able to work with a unique set of patients who had treatment-resistant diseases as well as chronic behavioral issues. She worked at the Psychiatric Services Program (acute, adult inpatient services), State Security Program (violent/aggressive patients), Female Forensic Unit and Sexual Predator Treatment Program.

Her experience and training helped in truly understanding how the psychosocial and environmental aspects of life can contribute to one’s mental health and well-being.


Dr. Choudhry is board-certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, as well as General Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. Dr. Choudhry earned his medical degree from Dow Medical University in Karachi, Pakistan and completed General Adult Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at the University of Missouri Columbia. He works with a wide range of patients including patients from the Department of Corrections. He mainly sees children with intellectual disabilities, Autism spectrum disorders and a history of trauma. Dr. Choudhry is currently affiliated with the University of Missouri as Adjunct Assistant Professor, and supervises medical students and residents from A.T. Still University.


Dr. Okeke is a Child Psychiatrist with additional certification in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. He completed his Psychiatry residency training at Lincoln Medical Center in New York and Child Psychiatry fellowship training at Westchester Medical Center in New York. With over 16 years of experience working with children, adult, geriatric and forensic patients, Dr. Okeke brings an additional level of experience to IPC with his added certification.


Tricia Felin graduated from Washburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012. She worked as a registered nurse in progressive care medical/telemetry at the University of Kansas Hospital, until graduating with her master’s degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2017, and is now a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has additional education that includes a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and currently serves in the United States Army Reserve. She currently provides psychiatric treatment for children and adolescents in the inpatient setting.


Dr. John received his undergraduate and medical education from the University of Missouri, Columbia where he was a member of the AOA Medical Honor Society. He completed his adult and child psychiatry residencies at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and is Board certified. With over 10 years of experience with Mercy in Springfield, he recently accepted the position of Medical Director of Behavioral Health of their Virtual Care Center in Chesterfield, MO. Previously, he served as Section Chair of Pediatric Specialties and Medical Director of Pediatric Behavioral Healthcare. Dr. John has served in various other leadership roles including physician member of the Clinical Practice Committee, Force for Good Committee and Behavioral Health Telemedicine sub-committee. Dr. John was awarded the “Young Physician of the Year” award for 2011 by his physician peers for his outstanding contributions to the pediatric population including his role as the first telemedicine physician within Mercy.


Marsha Kempf graduated from Missouri State University in Columbia, MO with her Master’s of Science and became Board Certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and Child CNS in Mental Health. Marsha has experience in inpatient care for children and adults, as well as outpatient care. Marsha was the owner of her own practice for 11 years before joining IPC. Marsha has most recently been providing medication management for children and adolescents through telepsychiatry. Marsha has been a nurse for over 40 years with a multitude of positions.


Dr. Kisker graduated from the University of Kansas Medical School and completed his residency in Psychiatry. He has over 22 years of experience as a Staff Psychiatrist with the Department of Veterans Affairs. He also was the Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Kansas from 1997 to 2012. Dr. Kisker has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings including telepsychiatry.


Nancy Brown is a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of experience. She received her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and her Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Post-Master from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She provides care to patients of all ages and is experienced in providing psychiatric services and medication management in a variety of settings including outpatient and inpatient settings, as well as telepsychiatry. She also has experience providing care to patients of correctional facilities.



Lauren Partain received her Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and Human Services, with a minor in Leadership Studies, from Kansas State University in 2014. As Practice Manager, Lauren is an exceptional leader who helps coordinate all aspects of the practice with ease. She helps in collaborating services at our organizations with the medical staff providers, orientation of new medical staff and medical students, creating schedules for the providers, facilitating process improvements, and making sure that day to day services for the facilities are well coordinated and completed. During the past five years of her involvement with IPC, Lauren has taken a vital role in the growth of the practice.


As IPC’s Finance Manager, Venkat plays a crucial role in all aspects of finances for the practice. Venkat is responsible for oversight of budgeting, payroll, accounting, human resource related activities, retirement and benefits packages and helps with the strategy for growth of the practice.


Amanda Wing received her Fine Arts degree from Wichita State University with a minor in Education, and, has found herself working in recruiting in some capacity for 20 years. Her role as a Recruitment Specialist with IPC is to assist with our growth and support the practice by locating quality providers to build our team. She supports IPC’s growth in full cycle recruiting with passion and professionalism to explore career goals for all providers she comes into contact with. The long-term growth for each individual is important to IPC and our team is caring in finding those passionate providers. She enjoys advocating for providers, and has learned that long-term relationships built today can allow for a more fruitful enjoyment in life. Enriching the lives of medical professionals will enrich the lives of the patients they work with. She performs full cycle recruiting and her passion lies in connecting candidates with our current openings to explore IPC’s coming growth.


Sannihitha Miryala graduated from Avalon University School of Medicine. She has been working with IPC for a collective two years and works with the psychiatric staff in gathering collateral information when patients are admitted to programs, helping with documentation, and providing support to the medical staff in both inpatient and telepsychiatry.
